- Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed and ahipped
- Orders will not be shipped out on weekends or holidays

- Returns are accepted for store credit only. Because of fast turnover, all returns must be back to our storefront within 30 days of the date received.
- Please ship return items to 623 Shoals Creek Church Road. Easley, SC 29640
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.
- We do email receipts to stay green and help the environment, so we just ask you print your own, or leave a note with order number if returning anything!
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
- Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.
- Gypsy Ginger Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
